When the castle is in the open position it measures: 19 Inches Long. When you press down on one of the buttons on the step you will see the Castle Light Up into many colors. The lights will go thru their Blinking phase-you will see this throughout. Press another button to hear The Royal Music. The Castle Opens Up to see the Royal Living Area. Inside the castle there is a Small door missing. I don’t know if anything else is missing, I don’t think so. There is a Very Large Amount of Accessories that I have put with this set, including the original Character people. This is a list of accessories that are included!
