This is a Disneyland 2005 Main Street, U. Pewter Miniature set 50th Anniversary LE 1500 Rare. This is a set of six Main Street miniatures designed by Kevin Kidney and Jody Daily. The pewter miniature include. Gas Lamppost bedecked in opening-day bunting. The Bandstand that hosted concerts in both Plaza and Magnolia Park. Official Disneyland Park Tour Guide. The figurines range in size from 1 1/4 to 2 1/4 tall approx. The figurines are in good condition. The box is in good condition Certificate of Authenticity has never been open. The box measure approx. 10′ X 7′ X 4′. This comes in the original packing box too. These were never displayed. There is some wear but still in great condition. The bottom of the box says Walt Disney Collectibles, Fantasyland Pewter Miniatures, Limited Edition of 1500, 50. On the castle Disneyland, Made in China. Themed to the American frontier of the 19th century, Frontierlands are home to cowboys and pioneers, saloons, red rock buttes and gold rushes along with some influence from American history and North America in general. It is named Westernland at Tokyo Disneyland and Grizzly Gulch at Hong Kong Disneyland. Frontierland first appeared in Disneyland as one of five original themed lands. Initiated by Walt Disney, in the beginning, the land contained few attractions, but centered on open expanses of wilderness which guests traveled through by stagecoach, pack mules, Conestoga wagon, and walking trails. The Mine Train Through Nature’s Wonderland opened in 1960, consisting of a sedate train ride around various western landscape dioramas. The Mine Train closed in 1977 to make way for a new attraction; the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, which opened in 1979.
