Pirates of the Caribbean 50th Anniversary. Set of 5 Pins. All 5 pins are brand new on original cards. The front of each pin features a treasure chest with a gem surrounding the lock. The chest is sitting in a pile of treasure with a gold 50 coin in the bottom left corner. The gem colors are purple, red, yellow, blue and green. When you flip the hinged top, each shows a different scene. Purple – a skeleton pirate at the helm. Yellow – a pirate getting into a rowboat while holding a large chest. RARE Disneyland 50th Anniversary Pirates Of Caribbean Water/ Snow Globe: Music + 2 Liquid Layers. There was probably no better time for Disneyland collectibles than during the 50th anniversary. So many unique were released, never to be duplicated. Beyond the beauty of the sculpt and fine color work, this huge 8-inch globe is also a music box that plays. Yo Ho (A Pirate’s Life for Me) by. Xavier Atencio while we look into one of the most popular portions of the grotto. Scene from the park attraction. More impressive is a unique feature that’s hard to photograph: separate dual blue and clear liquid layers that give the illusion of clear blue Caribbean seawater lapping up against the shoreline. The blue liquid’s greater weight allows it to always remain below the clear “air, ” and with a slight shake, kisses the shore. As all water and snow globe collectors know, air bubbles eventually develop and collect at the top, becoming bigger over time. I’ve owned and displayed this globe for about eight years and can state the current bubble shown in my photos is the same size as when I received it. This globe is hefty, and as we know, postal costs have become brutal. I describe items to the best of my ability, and photos posted are of the actual item.

This is a limited edition wall plaque created by Kevin Kidney and Jody Daily for Disneyland’s 50th anniversary in 2005. Created in resin, metal, and fabric, the wall plaque was limited to only 1000 pieces. The plaque was modeled after the original as seen in the attraction during the 1960s, and this beautiful replica measures 14″x22″. It is in very good condition.
