What is really unusual is the gold ears! The regular Club 33 Mickey Mouse ears have black ears, and not a limited edition item available to club members only. Club 33 is the private, members’ only club started by Walt Disney back in the 1960’s for “wining and dining” corporate VIPs and other ride sponsors. Club 33 is one of the most elusive and secret locations at the Disneyland Resort. Only Disneyland Club 33 members and their invited guests can visit Club 33, it is not open to the general public, so there’s definitely an air of mystery surrounding it which has fascinated guests for years.
